We offer a range of standard layouts as well as full custom-build options.

2. Colour Choices, Fixtures & Fittings

3. Booking Date / Production Start

Request what date you would like

4. Payment Terms and Contract

Below you will find our standard contract for you to review, Our standard payment structure is:

5% Deposit to secure your booking and activate planning
75% 2 week before commencement of construction
20% final payment prior to delivery
All invoices are issued with clear due dates and payment options.

Council Requirements / Regulations

Most of our clients proceed without council approval, but requirements vary depending on your location.

We can assist with the follow for the below costs:

EER - $700
+GST
Planning exemption - $900
+GST
Certifier $5,500 +GST
126 certificate (Engineer) - $600 + GST
Performance Solution - $1,900. + GST
Onsite Site supervisor, planning, plans and paperwork costs $2,000 +GST

Delivery & Installation Costs

Transport and installation costs depend on your site location and access conditions.

We will prepare a quote that covers:

Delivery from our Melbourne
Crane or tilt-tray requirements
On-site placement
Optional installation services (electrical connection, plumbing connection, footings, etc.)
We find average costs are;
Delivery - $3,500
+GST
Soil test - TBA

Footings $4,500
+GST
Electrical $4,500 +GST
Gutters $2,500 +GST
Plumbing (water, waste HWS) - $6,000
+GST
Front Platform with Ramp - $4,500
+GST.
